Who we are

The Emmanuel Botchwey (EB) Foundation is the corporate social responsibility arm of RG Group, with a dual focus on:
01.

Youth Development

Particularly for the youth in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) fields relevant to the Building & Construction Industry in Ghana.
02.

Environmental Sustainability

Equipping future generations with the skills and knowledge to address environmental challenges within the building and construction industry.
This initiative is in honour of the Founder of Regimanuel Gray Group, Mr Emmanuel Botchwey, whose legacy of excellence and vision for Ghana's development is furthered through this foundation.

The EB Foundation recognizes the interconnectedness of youth development and environmental sustainability within the building and construction industry.

Vision

To empower brilliant but underprivileged Ghanaian youth through STEM education to foster responsible entrepreneurship and sustainable development practices within the building and construction industry, as our contribution to our planet and its people.

Mission

We shall support brilliant but underprivileged Ghanaian youth with the skills and resources needed to excel in STEM education. Through educational programs, mentorship, industry placements/internships and financial assistance, we shall empower future generations of leaders who will build a thriving and sustainable future for Ghana and the world.
