The Emmanuel Botchwey (EB) Foundation
is the corporate social responsibility arm of RG Group, dedicated to youth development in STEM fields relevant to the Building & Construction Industry in Ghana, as well as promoting environmental sustainability within the industry.
We support brilliant but underprivileged Ghanaian youth with the skills and resources needed to excel in STEM education.

We are primarily targeting students in Tertiary Institutions and young entrepreneurs across Ghana.
The Foundation also focuses on addressing gender imbalance in STEM, particularly in the building and construction industry, by supporting girls through targeted encouragement and resources to inspire careers in STEM. It emphasizes diversity and inclusion to foster innovation and sustainability.
