Our Target Audience

Empowering Tertiary Students,
Young Entrepreneurs & Artisans

The Emmanuel Botchwey Foundation (EBF) is committed to empowering young Ghanaians, with a focus on education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. Our key target groups include:

EBF supports students in tertiary institutions, particularly those studying STEM-related fields such as:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Architecture & Design
  • Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Building Technology
  • Construction Management
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Construction Technician (TVET)

By providing financial aid, career development programs, and training workshops, we equip students with the skills and opportunities needed to excel in the construction and sustainability sectors.

Recognizing the gender gap in STEM fields, especially in the construction industry, EBF actively encourages and supports young women to pursue careers in these disciplines. Through mentorship programs, scholarships, and hands-on training, we aim to bridge this gap and foster greater inclusivity.

Talented students with a passion for sustainability and green construction, regardless of their financial background, will receive the necessary support to realize their potential. Our goal is to cultivate a new generation of professionals dedicated to eco-friendly and innovative building practices.

EBF provides growth opportunities for startups and young entrepreneurs in the building and construction industry. By facilitating access to business resources, vendor partnerships, and procurement opportunities, we help small businesses thrive. Special consideration is given to female entrepreneurs to ensure fair representation in the industry.

Through specialized training programs, EBF equips artisans with modern construction techniques, green building practices, and digital tools to improve efficiency. We support micro-construction firms that focus on sustainable building solutions, helping them gain recognition and business opportunities.
